Listening to You and Your Family
Your mind-body therapist is available to meet with you individually, with you and your spouse or partner jointly, and/or with your entire family. Each of you can make the choice to participate in this service.
When you meet with your CTCA mind-body therapist for counseling, you have the opportunity to build a healthy, supportive relationship with someone who:
- Truly listens to you
- Understands that it is important for you to make choices
- Respects your decisions
- Supports you no matter how you are feeling
According to Katherine Puckett, Ph.D., National Director of Mind-Body Medicine for CTCA and Director of Mind-Body Medicine at CTCA at Midwestern Regional Medical Center, “We offer each of our patients and his/her loved ones a caring, supportive relationship with us. We believe that relationships are powerful, and that healing happens in the context of relationships, both inside and beyond the treatment setting.”
