Our image enhancement specialists strive to help you find ways to look and feel your best, and thereby reduce stress and improve your overall quality of life.
Cosmetic Image Enhancement
The cosmetic image enhancement services at CTCA assist both women and men who are undergoing chemotherapy and radiation with appearance and body image issues. Our integrative care team will help you prepare for hair loss and other related cosmetic changes that may occur as a result of liver cancer treatment. Educational classes and seminars are available to liver cancer patients as well as their families and community members. Beauticians, cosmetologists and salon personnel are also available to provide stylistic assistance and advice.
Plastic and Reconstructive Support
Our surgical oncologists work with a team of plastic and reconstructive surgeons to consult with you prior to cancer surgery. In many cases, the plastic surgeons perform their restorative procedures immediately following or during the liver cancer surgery.
