Thyroid Cancer Symptoms - Thyroid cancer may not cause noticeable symptoms in its early stages. As the tumor grows, some common thyroid cancer symptoms may include the following: an irregular mass or lump in the neck, swollen lymph nodes, prolonged pain in the throat or neck, hoarseness or other voice changes, difficulty swallowing, and breathing problems. Because thyroid cancer shares many of the same symptoms as other, benign conditions, it is important to consult with a medical professional for an accurate diagnosis.
