Testicular Cancer Symptoms - Some common symptoms of testicular cancer may include the following: pain, a lump, and/or swelling in either testicle, heaviness or aching in the lower abdomen or scrotum, loss of sex drive, low back pain, enlargement or tenderness of the breasts, fatigue, and watery or clear semen. To help find testicular cancer as early as possible, a monthly self examination is recommended. Because testicular cancer symptoms can resemble other, non-cancerous conditions, it is important to consult with a medical professional for an accurate diagnosis.
