Temodar^®

Temodar^® - The trade name for temozolomide, Temodar^® is an oral chemotherapy drug used to treat certain primary brain tumors in adults (anaplastic astrocytoma and glioblastoma multiforme). Temodar^® belongs to a class of drugs called alkylating agents, which work by attaching to the DNA of cancerous cells and interfering with the cells' ability to grow and reproduce.
