Tarceva^®

Tarceva^® - The trade name for erlotinib, Tarceva^® is an oral drug that works against cancerous cells by targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (HER1/EGFR) protein. Tarceva^® can be used as a treatment for locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) for patients whose chemotherapy regimen(s) have failed. Tarceva^® can also be used in pancreatic cancer treatment for first-time patients with locally advanced, unresectable, or metastatic pancreatic cancer.
