Stomach Cancer Symptoms - Stomach cancer is often asymptomatic (displays no visible signs or symptoms) in its early stages. As the disease progresses, common symptoms of stomach cancer may include the following: indigestion, heartburn, loss of appetite, unintended weight loss, abdominal pain or discomfort, feeling full after eating a small meal, diarrhea, constipation, blood in the stool, black or tarry stools, nausea, vomiting (with or without blood), weakness, and fatigue. Since stomach cancer symptoms may resemble the symptoms of other, non-cancerous conditions, it is important to consult with a medical professional for an accurate diagnosis.
