Squamous Cell Cancer Symptoms - Since squamous cell cancer can occur in many different areas of the body, squamous cell cancer symptoms vary. External symptoms can include a sore that does not heal, scaly lesions or growths (often with a rough surface), or flat, reddish patches on the outside of the body. Internal symptoms can include everything from prolonged internal pain and discomfort to abnormal discharge and bleeding. Because each person will experience squamous cell cancer symptoms differently (and symptoms may be the result of other, non-cancerous conditions), it is important to seek the advice of a medical professional for an accurate diagnosis.
