Small Cell Lung Cancer Symptoms - Some common small cell lung cancer symptoms can  include, but are not limited to, the following: a cough that doesn't go away, shortness of breath, chest pain, hoarseness, wheezing, coughing up blood, bloody sputum (spit or phlegm), weight loss, loss of appetite, fatigue, and recurring infections (e.g., bronchitis, pneumonia). Because these symptoms could also indicate a variety of conditions other than small cell lung cancer, it is important to consult with a medical professional for an accurate diagnosis.
