Revlimid^®

Revlimid^® - The trade name for lenalidomide, Revlimid^® is an oral chemotherapy drug used in the treatment of multiple myeloma, as well as certain types of anemia in patients with 5q MDS (a type of myelodysplastic syndrome). Revlimid^® is often used in combination with dexamethasone (a synthetic steroid which can alter immune response). Similar to thalidomide, Revlimid^® belongs to the family of drugs called angiogenesis inhibitors. Also called CC-5013.
