Penile Cancer Symptoms - Early penile cancer symptoms may include changes in color, skin thickening, and/or or a build-up of tissue of the penis. This can later develop into sores, rashes, or other forms of irritated growth. Swollen lymph nodes or glands around the genital area may also be a warning sign of penile cancer. Because these symptoms could be related to a variety of conditions other than penile cancer (such as genital warts), a medical professional should be consulted for an accurate diagnosis.
