Pancreatic Cancer Symptoms - Most pancreatic cancer symptoms tend to be fairly non-specific, which can make early detection of this form of cancer difficult. Some common symptoms may include, but are not limited to, the following: prolonged loss of appetite, sudden weight loss, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), abdominal discomfort or pain, middle back pain, fatigue, digestive problems, nausea, and a swollen gallbladder. Because each patient will experience symptoms differently, a medical professional should be consulted to determine whether symptoms are the result of pancreatic cancer, or a different condition.
