Ovarian Cancer Symptoms - The early stages of ovarian cancer may not cause any obvious or specific symptoms. However, as the cancer grows in size, some common symptoms may develop, including the following: abdominal swelling or discomfort, pelvic pain or cramping, a feeling of fullness (even after a small meal), frequent urination, indigestion, heartburn, diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite, unexplained weight loss or gain, low back pain, fatigue, and pain during intercourse. Because these symptoms could also be attributed to a variety of digestive and bladder disorders, it is important to consult with a medical professional for an accurate diagnosis.
