Nasal Cavity Cancer Symptoms - Early nasal cavity cancer is largely asymptomatic (displays no signs or symptoms). Thus, nasal cavity cancer is often not diagnosed until the tumor has grown quite large, or the cancer has spread to other areas of the body. Possible nasal cavity cancer symptoms may include the following: nosebleeds, persistent congestion, pain or pressure around the eyes or ears, one-sided nasal obstruction, frequent headaches, a runny nose, enlarged lymph nodes, facial numbness or tingling, pain in the upper teeth, or a growth/mass in the nose. Since these symptoms may resemble other conditions unrelated to nasal cavity cancer, it is important to consult with a medical professional for an accurate diagnosis.
