Metastatic Rectal Cancer

Metastatic Rectal Cancer - Cancer that originates in the rectum, but then spreads from the rectum to another part of the body, such as the liver or lungs. Chemotherapy and radiation therapy are two common treatment options for many forms of metastatic rectal cancer. Also known as advanced rectal cancer.
