Liver Cancer Symptoms - Early stages of liver cancer often don't produce noticeable symptoms. Usually, it isn't until the later stages of the disease when individuals may start to notice one (or some) of the following symptoms: abdominal pain and/or swelling on the upper right side, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes), fatigue, darkened urine, loss of appetite/weight loss, nausea/vomiting, fever, itchy skin, and feeling very full after a small meal. Because these symptoms could be indicative of other conditions unrelated to liver cancer, only a medical professional can make an accurate diagnosis.
