Leukemia Symptoms - Leukemia symptoms can vary from person to person. Some common leukemia symptoms include the following: flu-like symptoms, fever, chills, loss of appetite, weight loss, fatigue, weakness, small red spots under the skin (petechiae), night sweats, joint/bone pain, anemia (from low red blood cell counts), abdominal discomfort, headaches, shortness of breath, easy bruising or bleeding (from low platelet counts), and frequent infections.
