Kidney Cancer Symptoms - In its early stages, kidney cancer may not present any noticeable symptoms. However, as kidney cancer progresses, possible symptoms may include the following: blood in the urine, fatigue, unexplained weight loss, lower back pain (usually on one side), unexplained fevers, a lump in the abdomen, and swelling in the legs and ankles. Only a medical professional can determine if these symptoms are the result of kidney cancer, or of another, non-cancerous condition.
