Invasive Lung Cancer

Invasive Lung Cancer - Cancer that originates in the tissues of the lung, and then spreads to other, adjacent tissues. Invasive lung cancer is more aggressive than in situ (non-invasive) lung cancer (which is confined to a single area of the lung), and may require a different treatment approach.
