Invasive Colon Cancer

Invasive Colon Cancer - Cancer that originates in the colon, but then starts to invade nearby tissues. Because invasive colon cancer carry an increased risk of cancer spreading to other parts of the body, patients may receive treatments, such as chemotherapy, in addition to surgery.
