Intestinal Cancer Symptoms - Intestinal cancer symptoms vary from person to person, based on factors such as the cancer type and stage, and tumor size and location. Common intestinal cancer symptoms may include, but are not limited to, the following: abdominal pain or discomfort (e.g., cramps, bloating), an abdominal lump, a change in bowel movements, fatigue, unexplained weight loss, loss of appetite, nausea and/or vomiting, anemia, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), and bloody stools that appear either red or black in color.
