Infiltrating Cancer

Infiltrating Cancer - An invasive cancer that has spread beyond the primary tissue from where it initially started to grow, and into surrounding, healthy tissues. Infiltrating cancer, also called invasive cancer, is the opposite of in situ (or non-invasive) cancer.
