Endometrial Cancer Treatment - Surgery is the most common endometrial cancer treatment option. A hysterectomy may be performed to remove the entire uterus, along with the cervix, ovaries and fallopian tubes. If the cancer has spread, pelvic lymph nodes may also be removed. Depending on tumor size and location, cancer stage, and other factors (such as a woman's desire to have children), other endometrial cancer treatment options can include radiation therapy, hormone therapy and chemotherapy.
