Cervical Cancer Symptoms - In its early stages, it is common for cervical cancer to produce no noticeable symptoms. However, as the disease progresses, some common cervical cancer symptoms may occur, including the following: unexpected or abnormal vaginal bleeding (e.g., after menopause, between periods, or following sexual intercourse), pain during sexual intercourse, pelvic or back pain, pain on urination, and watery/ bloody vaginal discharge that can be heavy and have an unpleasant odor. A Pap test can help determine whether any of these symptoms are the result of cervical cancer or another condition.
