Acute Granulocytic Leukemia Symptoms - Acute granulocytic leukemia results in the body not producing enough healthy blood cells. The following are some common symptoms of acute granulocytic leukemia: fatigue, rash, pale skin, fever, joint pain, infections, sweating, loss of appetite, easy bruising or bleeding, headaches, seizures, and decreased motor control.
