A Team Approach
Working Together for Our Patients
At Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA), we believe it takes a team as committed to our patients and their fight as they are to beat cancer. That’s why we bring together experienced, highly skilled physicians and practitioners to work alongside each other in our hospitals.
Our oncologists collaborate and strategize with other clinicians, including hospitalists, hematologists, gastroenterologists, reconstructive surgeons, pulmonologists, radiologists, medical physicists, pathologists, anesthesiologists, pain management specialists, psychologists, naturopaths, dietitians, mind-body therapists, and physical and occupational therapists. Together, these specialists create and implement fully integrated, comprehensive treatment plans customized to each of our patients.
A Winning Team
Joining our team is of tremendous benefit to you and your patients. In our hospitals, you’ll utilize advanced and innovative medical technology and tools, apply leading protocols and offer your patients the latest, conventional treatments for cancer. You’ll also meet their demand for scientifically supported, complementary therapies such as nutrition therapy, naturopathic medicine, oncology rehabilitation, mind-body medicine, and pain management to mitigate side effects and improve quality of life. Most importantly, you’ll communicate and work with the clinicians who provide these supportive therapies to ensure that every aspect of your patients’ treatment safely and effectively works together. And, because we strive to make life as stress-free as possible for you and your patients, all of the resources and services we offer are available in the confines of one location.
As a member of our team, you’ll:
Work with experts from many clinical fields
Our physicians and practitioners have extensive experience in treating all types of cancer, including advanced stage diseases.
Work with compassionate people like you
Our hospitals attract dedicated, genuinely happy and friendly people who want to make a difference in the lives of cancer patients and those who love and care for them.
Share your knowledge
You’ll attend weekly multidisciplinary meetings to discuss our patients’ treatment, and collectively determine if everything possible is being done to continually provide them with exceptional care.
Take pride in your work and put your mind, heart and soul into all that you do. Better yet, work with an entire team of professionals for who feel and express a mutual sense of pride and love for what they do.
