Cancer Treatment Centers of America medical plans are designed to provide employees and their eligible family members with coverage and protection. The Medical Plan offers benefits provided through a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO).

All plans cover inpatient and outpatient care, routine office visits, prescription drugs, physical therapy, and mental health/substance abuse treatment.

Dental

All eligible employees may utilize any dentist office. All dental options pay for preventative, basic, prosthetic and orthodontia at varying levels of coverage.

Vision Care

Cancer Treatment Centers of America has partnered with VSP to offer employees an affordable way to maintain eye health.

Tax Saving Benefits

Cancer Treatment Centers of America has several programs that allow employees to pay for expenses before federal income taxes and Social Security taxes are withheld, so they can pay less in taxes and have more disposable income.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account

This benefit helps reduce employees’ taxable income by allowing them to pay for eligible out-of-pocket health care expenses of up to $7,600 per year.

Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending Account

This benefit helps reduce employees’ taxable income by allowing them to pay for eligible childcare expenses of up to $5,000 per year, per household.

Cancer Treatment Centers of America offers employees a number of benefits to enrich their lives and to reward their efforts.

Accident and Life Insurance

Cancer Treatment Centers of America life insurance benefits are designed to help employees provide financial security for their survivors in case of death. Employees also have options for life insurance coverage for eligible dependents.

Group Term Life Insurance

Cancer Treatment Centers of America provides $50,000 of Group Term Life Insurance paid 100% by the company. In the event of accidental death, twice the basic amount will be paid.

Supplemental Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Plan

Eligible employees may elect coverage from one times up to five times their current Benefit Income level for themselves. 50% of the amount elected for employee may be purchased for their spouse, and 25% of the amount elected for employee may be purchased for their child(ren).

Dependent Life Insurance Plan

Is offered to eligible employees as an alternative and/or in addition to the Supplemental Life and Accident Death & Dismemberment Plan. The purpose of this life insurance benefit is to provide coverage for your spouse and/or child(ren). $5,000 flat benefit amount for spouse and or per child(ren). 100% paid by employee.
