Retirement Savings Plan - 401(k)
Cancer Treatment Centers of America provides an important vehicle for retirement savings. The 401(k) plan allows participants to defer up to 60% of their current income up to the federal maximum on a pre-tax basis and allows contributions to grow tax deferred. Cancer Treatment Center of America offers a generous employer match.
Stakeholders
All employees’ are eligible to participate in the Performance Incentives for Stakeholders Plan in which a bonus, as a percent of salary, is awarded when the company reaches annual performance objectives. This bonus award is typically paid in September following the close of the previous fiscal year.
