If you are visiting CTCA at Eastern Regional Medical Center from outside of Philadelphia, we can help arrange your lodging during treatment. Since most of our patients (about 70 percent) travel to our hospital from out of town, we have a team in place to help with these details.
Our Guest Accommodations & Guest Services Departments:
- Work with nearby hotels for your lodging needs
- Manage weekly focus group sessions
- Help organize patient education sessions and activities
- Attend Comfort Rounds for inpatients
- Manage the hospital’s Volunteer Program
Our outpatient accommodations team aims to make your visit as convenient, comfortable and affordable as possible. The team is available at the hospital’s front desk Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to address your questions and concerns. The team is also on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We offer guest rooms on-site at the hospital. Please feel free to contact us for information about availability.
If you are coming to us from out of town, our outpatient accommodations team will help arrange for your lodging at a nearby hotel.
Typically, patients visiting the hospital for a short period of time stay at the local Radisson Hotel, Four Points by Sheraton, or Sheraton Philadelphia Society Hill Hotel, where we offer special reduced rates.
Getting around town
Our outpatient accommodations team also works with our transportation team, which can take you to and from your lodging site and the hospital, as well as on scheduled trips to area malls, restaurants and other local spots.
