Nancy G. Hesse, MSN, RN serves as Chief Nursing Officer at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) at Eastern Regional Medical Center.
Ms. Hesse earned a Master in Nursing Leadership degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Widener University in Chester, PA. She is certified in Emergency Nursing and credentialed in Trauma Nursing.
Ms. Hesse brings more than 30 years of nursing leadership experience to her current role. Authoring numerous professional presentations, she has served as a presenter on patient, employee and physician satisfaction at national healthcare executive conferences. She is also a member of several professional organizations, including the American Organization of Nurse Executives and Emergency Nurses Association.
Ms. Hesse is an active outdoors woman, and enjoys biking, golfing, sailing and gardening in her spare time. Additionally, she is very involved with her local community and church.
