Kristin Mullen joined the team at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) at Eastern Regional Medical Center in 2009. In her current role, Ms. Mullen’s
responsibilities include leadership for clinic operations, general services departments and the integrative medicine team. Prior to her role as Senior Vice President of Operations, she
served as Eastern’s Vice President of Clinical Support Services and was accountable for the leadership of the pharmacy, lab, imaging, radiation oncology and integrative medicine
departments. Ms. Mullen’s major accomplishments at CTCA include: bringing full-time chiropractic care to the hospital; implementing innovative radiation services such as Deep Tissue
Hyperthermia; supporting the development of the Release! Forgiveness Program; and, successfully negotiating contracts that led to highly talented physician
recruitment. Prior to relocating to Philadelphia to work at CTCA, Ms. Mullen worked for 10 years at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.
Ms. Mullen is a member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives and Leadership Philadelphia. She is an alumna of the
Leadership Philadelphia program. In addition, she serves as a mentor at her alma mater, the University of Minnesota, where she earned a Master of Healthcare Administration degree,
and is a member of the University of Minnesota MHA Alumni Association.
