Your radiology team
The Department of Radiology/Imaging at Eastern is led by Anna Saunders-Nero. Nero serves as the Director of both the Department of Radiology/Imaging and the Department of Radiation Oncology.
The radiology/imaging team is comprised of an experienced and diverse group of about 13 cancer professionals, including radiologists, oncology nurses, diagnostic technologists, board-certified radiation therapists, and a nuclear medicine technologist.
The team works hand-in-hand with the other CTCA departments, particularly the Department of Radiation Oncology, to coordinate your imaging tests and treatment plan.
As the hospital grows, so too will the Department of Radiology/Imaging. In the near future, the department will perform diagnostic tests on the weekends.
