Follow-up nutrition care
Once your cancer treatment is complete, your nutritional needs will change. In fact, some patients choose to wait until after their treatment is complete to focus on modifying their diet and lifestyle. As part of the CTCA After Care Program, the nutrition team will help you develop a plan for maintaining a healthy, well-balanced diet at home.
When you are at home, dietitians are available by phone and email. They can provide recipes and meal plans, and also help answer your nutrition questions.
At CTCA at Eastern Regional Medical Center, you will find whole-person cancer treatment. Here, your entire care team understands that nutrition makes a difference in the healing process.
