Who makes up the Infusion Center team?
The Infusion Center team consists of registered nurses and patient care technicians. Everyone works together to make sure patients are comfortable and get what they need during their visit.
Every nurse in the Infusion Center is chemotherapy certified. Several are also oncology certified. The others are all currently studying to become oncology-certified nurses.
The team collaborates regularly with the other hospital departments, including inpatient nursing, outpatient accommodations, management, and pain management.
