If you are visiting us from out of town, we want to make sure traveling to and from CTCA at Eastern Regional Medical Center goes smoothly for you. Our representatives will help arrange for your air travel and accommodations. Then, our Transportation Department will greet you at the airport, whether this is your first visit, or fourth, and take you to the hospital and/or your hotel. In addition, transportation services are available to you throughout your entire stay.

By Car
If you plan to arrive by car, please click here for directions to CTCA at Eastern Regional Medical Center. Follow signs to patient parking and check in at the front desk. A patient advocate will be there to welcome you.
By Plane
If you are arriving by plane, a transportation representative will meet you at baggage claim wearing a CTCA nametag and holding up a sign with your name.
Travel Policy
CTCA offers, to those who qualify, free roundtrip airline tickets and transportation to and from the airport and the hospital. If you qualify for the Patient Travel Program but prefer to drive, we will reimburse you for the miles. Please note: If you are a beneficiary of a government health insurance program, such as Medicare, CTCA is not permitted to provide these travel benefits.
