At CTCA, we want to make sure traveling to and from Eastern Regional Medical Center goes smoothly. That is why our New Patient Coordinators are here to help you schedule your air travel to and from our hospital. In addition, they will also help arrange hotel or guest room accommodations, if needed. Our transportation department will greet you at the airport, whether this is your first visit, or fourth. Other transportation services can be arranged for you as well – so please let us know if you need transportation assistance.

By Car:
If you plan to arrive by car, please click here for directions to Eastern Regional Medical Center. Follow signs to patient parking and check in at the front desk once you arrive.
By Plane:
If you and your family are arriving by plane, a CTCA representative will meet you at baggage claim wearing a CTCA nametag and holding up a sign with your name.
Travel Policy:
CTCA offers, those who qualify, free roundtrip airline tickets and transportation to and from the airport and hospital. If you qualify for the Patient Travel Program but prefer to drive, we will reimburse you for the miles. An Oncology Information Specialist can provide you with more details on this program.
