Once you have completed the sign-up form and clicked on the "Chat Now" button, a new window will appear. If you are prompted by your browser to accept a plug-in, please select "Yes" or "Accept."
If an Oncology Information Specialist is available, the large white section within the pop-up window will contain a greeting from that person. In the event that a specialist is not available, you will be asked to leave a message. A specialist will receive your message and respond to you via email within one hour.
