A Phase I/II Study Evaluating the Maximum Tolerated Dose, Bioequivalence/Pharmacokinetics, Safety and Efficacy of Hyperthermia and Thermodox® (Lyso-Thermosensitive Liposomal Doxirubicin) in Patients with Local-Regional Recurrent Breast Cancer
Summary
This study will assess tumor response in patients with recurrent or metastatic adenocarcinoma of the breast with a recurrence in the chest wall. This is for patients whose disease has progressed despite other available standard treatment options. Patients will receive Thermodox® in addition to hyperthermia.
