A Randomized Double-blind Placebo-Controlled Trial of Neratinib (HKI- 272) After Trastuzumab in Women with Early-Stage HER-2/neu Overexpressed/Amplified Breast Cancer
Summary
This study is for patients with early-stage Her-2/neu positive breast cancer who have completed chemotherapy and a course of trastuzumab(Herceptin) therapy. This study will test the effect of neratinib on recurrence of previously diagnosed breast cancer.
