Roger C. Cary
Roger C. Cary is the current President and CEO of Brown Legacy Group and is responsible for working directly with the domestic and global interests of the Stephenson Family enterprises. Brown Legacy Group’s driving force is exemplified through the fostering of innovation, collaboration, and communication, protecting the proud legacy of the shareholder group. Prior to joining Brown Legacy Group, Mr. Cary was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) 1999-2013. In his role as COO, Mr. Cary had system-wide enterprise responsibilities and was instrumental in the organization’s national growth and operational excellence. He oversaw the construction and acquisition of the CTCA regional medical centers in Tulsa, Philadelphia, Goodyear and Newnan. His determination, drive and passion for serving CTCA patients and their families led to the development of the only patient-centered, truly integrated cancer care model in the country.
Prior to serving as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Cary was the President and CEO of the CTCA Midwestern Regional Medical Center (MRMC) from 1996 through 2006. During his tenure, Mr. Cary led the hospital team to record-breaking years in patient growth, operational excellence, patient and stakeholder satisfaction, and quality service delivery as measured by the Joint Commission and patient outcome results.
