If traveling is your main concern, let us reassure you. In some cases, CTCA will cover your airline expenses to one of our hospitals. CTCA offers, to those who qualify, free roundtrip airline tickets and transportation to and from the airport and the hospital. If you qualify for the Patient Travel Program but prefer to drive, we will reimburse you for the miles.
Our representatives will schedule your air travel to and from the hospital and will also help arrange for your hotel/guest room accommodations. Once you arrive, a CTCA representative will greet you at the airport, load your luggage, and drive you to the hospital for your consultation.
Please note: If you are a beneficiary of a government health insurance program, such as Medicare, CTCA is not permitted to provide these travel benefits.
