Cancer Treatment Centers of America is committed to supporting research efforts that stand to provide immediate relief through the improvement of therapeutic interventions and, ultimately, to rid the world of cancer.
For over a decade, CTCA has been proud to sponsor of Gateway for Cancer Research, formerly Cancer Treatment Research Foundation. Driven by a mission to cure cancer through funding patient-centered clinical studies, Gateway-funded research is making an immediate and significant impact on cancer patients. Only patient-centered studies that have already passed the test tube stage are considered for funding.
Since its establishment as a 501(c)(3) not- for-profit organization in 1991, Gateway for Cancer Research has disbursed millions of dollars in research funding. Because of CTCA's corporate underwriting, 99 cents of every dollar donated to Gateway for Cancer Research goes directly to cancer research programs. This allows Gateway to maximize every dollar donated.
